3. then send your detail address to us (wechat)
4. your orders will be sent to export warehouse in China.
once all your orders arrive, we will combine your items into 1 box, and pack it for you. The packing service and box are free. <please play the video how we work>
If you want to check the items, you can ask us to take photos for you.
5. How to charge the shipping fee? (from export warehouse to Manila)
There are 2 ways of charging.
1. Super Super jumbo size: 1620mop (39inches*39inches*39inches= 1 cubic meter)
no weight limited. our size is bigger then another shops.
2. flexible size: 28mop/kg (for small size) +30mop(minimum consumption) For example your box is 5kg.
the shipping fee: 28mop*5kg+30mop=170mop
6. How to pay shipping fee?
A. You can top up in LokHou, then we deduct the shipping fee from your balance.

C. BOC transfer
7. How many days?
after receive your shipping fee, your box will be ship to Manila by sea. It takes 15-20 days
8. How to pickup?
A. If your box is SUPER SUPER JUMBO size, it is free delivery to Manila aera
B. If your box is SUPER SUPER JUMBO size, but NOT Manila aera, you can add extra money to call lalamove to send to your address
C. If your box is flexible size, you can go to China Town to pickup or add extra money to call lalamove to send to your address.

9. What kind of items can be sent/ cannot be sent?

❌Alcohol or flammable materials
after your submit your orders, we will check again if the items can be sent.
10. If you cancel ship to Manila, and send back to Macau, the shipping fee (exportware house to ZhuHai warehouse) you should take charge by yourself (the shipping fee depends on the size and weight)
